Return Exchange Policy
We only accept exchange or store credit, not refund. Returns and exchanges must be received within 7 days of date of delivery for items that have not been worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached and accompanied by the receipt.
*Upon receipt of returned goods, Cotton Sheep has the right to deny exchanges if the merchandise does not meet the company return policy requirements.On-line shop returns and exchanges cannot be made in-store.
Please send the package back pre-paid, via traceable carrier and insure for the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back. We are not responsible for missing packages. The customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping on exchanges.
We will not be able process your exchange without having your original order back to us. In case merchandise is not available for exchange, you will receive store credit. Shipping costs will only be refunded as store credit when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise.

We require a signature on all package deliveries. Please ensure that you are shipping to an address where someone will be available to sign for the package.
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please note we are unable to offer Saturday delivery.
